TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Specific charges for each of our houses can be found on their individual pages. However, one or two general terms apply.
A
deposit of 30% of the rental total is payable within seven days of your booking. (For overseas clients, this may be achieved using a bank draft drawn on a bank in the UK, which can be obtained from your local bank.) In case of cancellation, we will make every effort to re-rent your time, and will refund your deposit if we are successful.A £75 per week damage/telephone deposit is required to cover possible breakage and the use of the telephone.
The balance of the rental costs and the damage/telphone deposit are payable eight weeks before your anticipated arrival date. The damage/telephone deposit will be refunded as appropriate on your departure from the property. (This will be by UK cheque if you have originally paid in this manner, or by local currency if you have paid by bank draft.)
Rentals are normally from Thursday to Thursday, but this may be varied by prior arrangement.
